Mr. Rubinstein has over 30 years’ experience in financial operations including serving as CFO of technology growth companies in California and Finland. As CFO, entrepreneur or financial advisor, he has helped raise equity investments from venture capital and other institutional investors, venture debt and various R&D and growth grants and loans from public sources.  As CFO of Multi Touch Oy, we raised €6 million in equity, €4 million in R&D loans and €1 million in bank loans while growing annual revenues from €2 million to €11 million. Further, Mr. Rubinstein has worked for multiple companies as part-time CFO, which work has included business and financial strategy development, pricing and market studies, financial operations and reporting, and helping them get investment. He has a BA and MA from UCLA and an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics.
